Kamala is a yoga practitioner in the Krishnamacharya tradition and a Reiki Grand Master. Her work integrates classical yogic principles with subtle energy awareness, creating sessions that feel safe, personal, and deeply grounding.

While less personalised than one-on-one work, these sessions still carry Kamala’s emphasis on awareness, breath, and emotional balance.
